SCHNEIDER, Chief Justice.

David Lynn Blount, appellant, was charged by information with the misdemeanor offense of harassment. After a bench trial, appellant was found guilty and sentenced by the court to 90 days confinement, probated for 18 months, and assessed a $700 fine.
