This appeal turns on whether the business activities of Dunbar Furniture, Inc., an Indiana concern that built, delivered and installed custom workstations and other furniture for a customer in Phoenix, provided sufficient nexus between Dunbar and Arizona to permit Arizona to impose its retail transaction privilege tax consistently with the Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution...
