Defendant appeals as of right his convictions of conspiracy to commit arson, M.C.L. § 750.157a; M.S.A. § 28.354(1), and arson of a dwelling, M.C.L. § 750.72; M.S.A. § 28.267, for which he was sentenced to eleven months' imprisonment and ordered to pay restitution. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
