PER CURIAM.

This matter comes before this Court on an Order to Appear and Show Cause directing the respondent, William G. Baars, to appear and show cause why he should not be held in contempt of this Court.

The respondent was admitted to the Bar of this state in 1968. In 1989, he was suspended from the practice of law for a period of not less than two (2) years, without automatic reinstatement. In re Baars, 542 N.E.2d 558
