Arthur (Art) and Rhené Applegate were married on April 4, 1987, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Rhené has two children from a prior marriage who lived with the parties throughout the marriage. Art and Rhené signed a prenuptial agreement providing for joint/mutual ownership of the parties' property after five years, with expressed exceptions. Part of that agreement was Rhené would be entitled to equal ownership of all Cayman Islands...
