These 45 consolidated cases arise out of the act, by an overly zealous Wal-Mart security employee (referred to by Wal-Mart as a loss prevention associate), of placing a closed circuit T.V. camera in the ceiling of the unisex employee restroom. The trial consisted of a number of parts tried separately.
