MEMORANDUM ORDER
RAKOFF, District Judge.
In The Importance of Being Earnest, the hero Jack, who has been masquerading as a man named Ernest, reveals that as an infant he was left abandoned in "a hand-bag — a somewhat large, black leather hand-bag, with handles," which in turn precipitates disclosure from his abandoner that Jack's real name actually is Ernest — and all ends happily.
