Darrell Taylor and Ali Robinson were convicted of armed robbery and using a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence. Robinson appeals his conviction claiming that he was denied effective assistance of counsel and effectively prohibited from testifying at trial. Both Robinson and Taylor appeal their sentences arguing that the district court improperly enhanced their sentencing level for abduction and wrongfully ordered restitution...
