1. Mother appeals the termination of her parental rights with respect to her three children, contending that her request for a jury trial was wrongly denied by the trial court. She also argues that the trial court's decision denied her due process, and she raises a sufficiency of the evidence issue regarding one of the trial court's findings of fact.
