PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff1 appeals as of right from the trial court's order awarding summary disposition to defendant with regard to plaintiff's unlawful retaliation action brought pursuant to the Civil Rights Act, M.C.L. § 37.2101 et seq.; M.S.A. § 3.548(101) et seq., and plaintiff's defamation action. We reverse and remand.
