Postelle appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County entered on July 23, 1996, following a jury verdict for compensatory and punitive damages for wrongful eviction and conversion. On May 24, 1995, appellee Peter McWhite brought an action against appellant and AMCI Corporation.
