Appellants are forty-three nonunion teachers ("Teachers") employed by the Mount Pleasant Township Community School Corporation ("Mount Pleasant"). The Teachers appeal the entry of summary judgment against them and in favor of Yorktown Classroom Teachers Association ("Association"), requiring them to pay a fair share fee for certain union expenses incurred by the Association in the 1992-93 school year.
