Plaintiff initially filed suit against Louisiana Sugar Cane Products, Inc., seeking damages for injuries sustained while working on their property and subsequently filed a First Supplemental and Amended Petition, seeking to add as defendants five sugar mill co-operatives that were members of Louisiana Sugar Cane Products, Inc.
