Bobby Stinson Copeland was charged in one indictment with three counts of selling cocaine and one count of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, OCGA § 16-13-30(b), and in a separate indictment with possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony, OCGA § 16-11-106(b)(4).
