David May was employed by Paducah Sheet Metal. While working on a construction project for the Lone Oak Church of Christ (the Church), May was injured when he fell from a ladder. May collected workers' compensation benefits from his employer's workers' compensation insurance carrier, AIK Selective Self-Insurance Fund (AIK). May filed a lawsuit against D.S.A., Incorporated (D.S.A.), a contractor which performed construction on the Church. May's lawsuit...
