Plaintiffs, Rebco Marine, Inc. and Community Bank of Lafourche, appeal a judgment denying their motion to amend a previous judgment. The dispute in this matter centers on whether the trial court erred in refusing to amend its prior judgment which awarded double damages under LSA-R.S. 22:1220 on a sum of $6000.00 per month in lost income or "monthly accumulating damages," but erroneously expressed the sum as "$600.00 per month."
