In this medical malpractice action, the district court, pursuant to verdict, entered judgment in favor of the defendant-appellee, Leslie C. Hellbusch, M.D. The plaintiff-appellant, Rebecca Dau McLaughlin, responded by challenging the judgment in the Nebraska Court of Appeals which, in a memorandum opinion filed July 3, 1996, reversed the district court's judgment and remanded the cause for a new trial.
