MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JACKSON, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

This case comes before the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) as an appeal from the bankruptcy court's order of November 21, 1996, granting Appellee's motion for summary judgment on the basis of res judicata. One issue is presented to this Court on appeal: whether Appellant's breach of contract claim is barred by the doctrine of res judicata.
