The issue in this case concerns the extent of authority granted by a hospital consent form to a surgeon who was not listed in the form. The Pulaski Circuit Court entered a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of Dennis Lane, M.D. and Andrew Kovacs, M.D., finding that Dr. Kovacs had the oral consent of Appellee, George Freeman, to perform surgery.
