This matter is before the court on the defendant's Motion to Correct Judgment (Doc. 490).

Judgment was entered against Mr. Mintz on April 24, 1995. The defendant had pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute or dispense marijuana plants, a Schedule I controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), with reference to 21 U.S.C. § 812 and 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)...
