Lacey Sivak appeals from a decision of the district court which dismissed his appeal from an order by the magistrate granting summary judgment in favor of the state on his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The magistrate also imposed sanctions upon Sivak for his continual abuse of the court processes and dismissed three other stayed habeas corpus proceedings.
