PER CURIAM.

Appellant Vincent Georges, Jr. ["Georges"] has moved this Court for bail pending appeal, contending that the Territorial Court Judge erred in denying his request for post-conviction release. The Government has opposed the motion, asserting that Georges is not eligible for release pending appeal of his conviction of a crime of violence.1 For the reasons set forth below, this Court will deny
