Houston and Kathlene Williams are husband and wife. Houston Williams was sentenced to a total of thirty years in prison for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. He also received a $25,000 fine. Kathlene Williams was convicted of the same two offenses, plus an additional count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. She received a total of fifteen years in prison...
