Jeffery Gibson appeals the trial court summary judgment dismissing his legal malpractice suit against Terry L. Jordan, a Mississippi attorney, and Joseph E. Roberts, a former Louisiana attorney. Gibson claimed Jordan and Roberts negligently failed to file suit on Gibson's tort claim within the prescriptive period.
