In satisfaction of an indictment charging him with assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, defendant pleaded guilty to the latter charge in full satisfaction of the indictment and was sentenced to a prison term of 2 1/3 to 7 years.
