LAGARDE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a final order modifying a decree of divorce. In two points of error, appellant Pamela Bourgeois asserts that Judge Robert G. Moss, an assigned former judge, erred: (1) in overruling her objection to his assignment, and (2) in overruling her motion to disqualify and/or recuse without complying with rule 18a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
