Gwendolyn May appeals the superior court's order terminating her parental relationship with her children O.J. and K.J. on the grounds no guardian ad litem was appointed to represent the children and the trial court violated the appearance of fairness doctrine. While a guardian ad litem should have been appointed, the failure to do so is not a jurisdictional defect requiring reversal.
