This is an appeal from a grant of summary judgment in a case arising out of a slip and fall accident.

FACTS

On February 13, 1994, plaintiff, Roy Kumpe, and his wife, Wendy Kumpe, went to the Cajundome to attend a Mardi Gras ball put on by the Krewe of Triton.
