Beneficial Oklahoma, Inc. ("Beneficial") appeals two orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, one denying Beneficial's motion for summary judgment and one granting a cross-motion for summary judgment in favor of the Debtor.
