Plaintiff Vesela Sango alleges that defendants' failure to provide adequate care for her seaman husband, Rafael Sango, who committed suicide at sea, constitutes negligence under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.App. § 688, and unseaworthiness under general maritime law.
