GREEN, Justice.

This is an accelerated appeal of a temporary injunction order enjoining foreclosure or other interference with Arlitt's use of her residence until a trial on the merits is held. Because there is a defect in notice to all parties affected by this injunction, we affirm in part and reverse and remand in part to the trial court for further proceedings.
