This suit arises out of an automobile accident in which a vehicle being driven by Sharon Dousay struck a vehicle being driven by Mark Mathews. Mr. Mathews filed this personal injury suit, individually and on behalf of his minor son, Chad. His wife, Rebecca Mathews, joined in the suit to recover for her loss of consortium.
