TAYLOR, Chief Justice.

Beverly Nelson (Nelson) appeals the denial of her worker's compensation claim for temporary total disability benefits. Nelson was allegedly injured while on duty as a cook-trainee at Sheridan Manor in Sheridan, Wyoming. After a contested case hearing, the hearing examiner concluded that Nelson failed to establish that her employment at Sheridan Manor was the cause of her symptoms.
