This lawsuit challenges a pharmacy's disclosure of a woman's prescription-drug records to her estranged husband's attorney without first notifying her or obtaining her consent. In 1992 the plaintiff, Christine Washburn, was pregnant and in the throes of a bitterly contested divorce.
