WALKER, J.

Michael P. Jack appeals from a final conviction following a plea of guilty to possession of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11377, subd. (a)). He contends that his motion to suppress evidence, brought pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5,1 should have been granted, and the charges against him dismissed.
