[¶ 1] T.J.E., Jr., (Tom)1 appealed from an order terminating his parental rights to J.M.H. (James) and granting a petition for adoption by James's stepfather, M.H. (Mark). We hold the evidence supports the termination of Tom's parental rights under N.D.C.C. § 14-15-19(3)(b).
