Brian W. Keenon sued Leak Stop, Inc. ("LSI"), on June 14, 1995, alleging wrongful termination of his employment in violation of Ala.Code 1975, § 25-5-11.1, and the tort of outrage. Keenon later dismissed his outrage claim, and the case was tried before a jury on October 27, 1996, solely on the issue of wrongful termination.
