HEDGES, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant, John Henry Cooper, of driving while intoxicated (DWI). The trial court sentenced him to 18 months in jail, probated for two years community supervision, and assessed a $2,000 fine, reduced to $1,000. In three points of error, appellant contends that (1) the trial court erred in failing to suppress the audio portion of a video taken at the police station in violation of his Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment...
