Appellant Maurice L. Fields was convicted of multiple offenses arising out of two armed carjackings that occurred in February 1991. A photo array introduced as an exhibit was stored at the back of the courtroom during the overnight period following the first day of jury deliberations. The next day the photo array was gone.
