This is a pre-Act products liability action arising out of an unintended discharge of a.410 gauge shotgun in a duck blind. Plaintiffs, Samuel Trahan, his wife, and their minor children filed suit seeking damages for personal injury and loss of consortium respectively. Original defendants were, Anthony Rizutto (owner of the land where the duck blind was located), State Farm (Rizutto's insurer) and the manufacturer...
