Ethicon, Inc. employed Freddie Lee Ausburn as a mechanic. Ausburn also rented motor vehicles and construction equipment to Ethicon as an independent contractor. Ausburn injured Ethicon employee Wesley Bill Wieland as the two helped to demolish a building for Ethicon.
