Thiokol Corporation amended its pension plan to change the definition of "normal retirement age" from the age of 65 to 67. Several former employees, who took early retirement and who would be receiving greater benefits had the plan not been changed, sued under ERISA, claiming a violation of four separate provisions of the Act. The district court entered summary judgment for Thiokol on the ground that Thiokol's amended plan satisfied ERISA...
