This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict.

This case commenced when Fred Lewter and Linda Lewter sued Chris Myers Pontiac-GMC, Inc. ("Myers Pontiac"), for conversion. Myers Pontiac counterclaimed, alleging fraud and requesting compensation under the theories of open account, quantum meruit, and unjust enrichment.
