MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court is defendant Lateef Oyelade's motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. For the reasons that follow, the court denies Oyelade's motion.
