We must decide if the trial judge correctly dismissed, on a summary judgment motion, Lillie Jones'(Jones) malpractice suit against the defendant, Dr. Charles Boustany (Dr. Boustany), because Jones failed to show that Dr. Boustany's alleged breach was an unresolved factual issue. We affirm.
