Curtis Maurice Williams, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County of assault with intent to maim Royce Sollers, reckless endangerment, assault and battery, and of the use of a handgun in the commission of a felony. The reckless endangerment and assault and battery convictions were merged into the assault with intent to maim conviction prior to sentencing...
