BOYER, J.:

Tomas Vega-Fuentes, defendant, appeals from the sentence imposed for two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell. We vacate the sentence and remand.

On May 15, 1995, defendant pled no contest to two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell. The factual basis for the pleas showed the crimes were committed on August 1, 1994. The trial court ordered a presentence investigation (PSI) report and set sentencing for July 28, 1995...
