JENNINGS, Judge.
The claimant in this workers' compensation case appeals from the Commission's order which found that the respondent was entitled to a credit based upon a settlement entered into between the claimant and a third-party tortfeasor. Claimant argues that the Commission erred in allowing the credit. We disagree and affirm.
