This appeal is a sequel to Simon v. Navon, 71 F.3d 9 (1st Cir.1995), in which we affirmed a May 19, 1994 judgment for plaintiff Simon against Jonathan and Gershon Navon on a breach of contract action, reversed a judgment on an abuse of process claim, and vacated and remanded a defamation claim. After the case was returned to the district court, both Navons then being debtors in bankruptcy proceedings...
