The appellant, Kevin Todd Ellis, was charged by presentment with theft of property over $1,000 but less than $10,000, a class D felony. On November 29, 1994, the Roane County Criminal Court, sitting without a jury, found that the proof supported a finding of guilt in this case, but delayed entry of judgment for ninety days conditioned upon the appellant's payment...
